• Administering oath or affirmation (per individual taking oath or affirmation)  $5 

• Taking verification on oath or affirmation (no matter how many signatures) $5 

• Witnessing or attesting a signature (per signature)  $5

• Service Visit - $50 

  • Monday - Friday 9am-4pm ​

• Off Hours Service Visit - $55

  • Saturday/Sunday​

  • Monday - Friday 4pm -9am

• Holiday Service Visit - $75

  • Follows Federal Holiday Schedule​

• Printing or Copying of Documents - $0.75 per page, front only (must be requested prior to appointment)

• Requests for emergency notary services - $15

• Notary Act Refusal Discount - 25% w/in 14 days

• Roundtrip mileage from my location in Kennedy Township to you - $0.75 per mile. (under 4 miles roundtrip no fee will be assessed)

• Travel 20-25 miles roundtrip - additional $10 

• Travel 25-30 miles roundtrip - additional $15

• Call for travel over 30 miles roundtrip
